Wagner intercooler upgrade Kit 200001046
The high-performance Wagner charge air cooler has the following core dimensions (520x210x130/stepped) and thus offers an 85% larger inflow area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the original Wagner charge air cooler. The competition high performance core offers very good cooling properties and is also very light. The end tank of the Wagner charge air cooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimised with the aid of flow analyses in the CAD system. The Wagner intercooler kit was developed directly for the BMW 135i/335i. The installation is carried out by exchanging the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to carry out. The original charge air hoses can still be used. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance. The competition version has a weight of 6,6kg.
