Return
The following must generally be considered when returning goods:- The return shipment must be accompanied by the return form and must be completely filled out (the Order-ID is particularly important).
- If you do not have a printer, at least the name, reason for the return and the Order-ID must be included on one sheet of the return shipment.
- Sender of the package should correspond to the customer in the order.
- Goods returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal must be resaleable. This means that they must not be used, damaged or dirty.
In case of missing or illegible information, returns will not be processed by us.
Non resaleable goods will not be refunded by us! The goods can then be sent back to you with costs.
