The high-performance Wagner charge air cooler has the following core dimensions (535mm x 260mm x 95mm) and thus offers 62.5% more inflow area and 94% more charge air volume compared to the original Wagner charge air cooler. The newly developed competition high performance core ensures sufficient air flow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler and is also very light. The end tank of the Wagner charge air cooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimised under flow analyses in the CAD system. This Wagner intercoolers has excellent cooling properties and is just perfect for racing The Wagner charge air cooler and the original cross beam form a stable unit and weigh less than 10kg thanks to the new competition high performance core.
