The Wagner intercoolers - competition- has the following core dimensions (520mm x 210mm x 150mm / stepped = 13,572 cm³) and offers an 85% larger inflow area as well as 90% more intercoolers volume compared to the original Wagner intercoolers The newly developed competition high performance core ensures sufficient air flow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler and is also very light (7.4kg). Freeform end tanks made of cast aluminium developed in CAD for the best possible internal air flow. Overall, this Wagner intercoolers has far less back pressure than the series cooler. In addition, all our Wagner intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with good thermal dissipation properties. This guarantees optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. The installation is carried out by exchanging the OEM charge air cooler and is easy to carry out. Wagner-Tuning products are subject to continuous qualitative monitoring.
In order for our EVO II version to fit in all specified vehicles, minor adjustments must be made.
The radiator fits vehicles with N54 & N55 engines. Vehicles with an M-package require additional adjustment work on the underbody panelling.
