In contrast to other oil filter adapter plates, we offer various designs. With and without a thermostat, some with 1/8" NPT internal threads for additional sensors and additional fittings and screws! Two extension screws for connecting the OEM oil filter in M20x1.5mm and 3/4-16UNF are included. The adapters are manufactured using highly precise CNC machines and meet the highest quality standards.
The BOOST products version with a thermostat allows only 1% of the oil volume to circulate through the oil cooler when closed, opening up to 100% only when reaching the opening temperature. In contrast, sandwich plates from other manufacturers/providers allow 1/3 of the oil to flow through the cooler even with a closed thermostat. In colder outside temperatures, this may result in the oil never reaching the desired operating temperature effectively.
