Torque Recommendation for Installation:
20-33 N*m is recommended for all straight fittings and eyelets. Do not exceed the maximum range of 47 N*m.
This oil cooler kit will only fit models with a single-scroll turbo and unequal-length turbocharger piping. Models with a twin-scroll turbo and equal-length turbocharger piping are likely not compatible with this oil cooler kit.
It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that all plugs, fittings, clamps, and all connections are properly tightened before the vehicle is put into operation. Mishimoto recommends that you check all connections at regular intervals, especially during the first few kilometers after installation. Please contact us for additional technical information.

This cooler has been proven to reduce oil temperature by 16°C with minimal pressure loss. For additional heat protection, this kit includes heat wrap for the oil lines, providing significant heat shielding from the nearby manifold. The Mishimoto Subaru STI Oil Cooler Kit can be customized with either a black or silver cooler and an optional sandwich plate with or without a thermostat based on personal preferences.
