- Allows boost levels of up to 6-7 times the wastegate spring pressure
- Ideal with lower wastegate spring stiffness for more precise boost control during launch
- Especially useful for high-performance vehicles with traction issues - e.g., lower boost in low gears, higher boost in high gears
