Boost Cooler dual water-methanol injection
For use with two nozzles
System upgrade for operating two Hyper-Sonic injection nozzles in parallel with the Boost Cooler. Alternatively, two lines can be connected in series. This allows for cooling once before the intercooler and again afterward, just before the throttle valve.
With the Dual Nozzle Upgrade, you can equip bi-turbo or V8 engines with one nozzle per boost or intake pipe. It is also suitable for engines with high fluid demands (trucks, CHP units, turbines). Includes everything needed to operate two nozzles in parallel with your system. Ideal for bi-turbo setups (S4/RS4), V8 engines with two throttle valves, or very high-HP engines where a single nozzle is no longer sufficient (approx. >500-600 HP).
Includes all components required to operate two or more nozzles simultaneously with your Boost Cooler water injection system:
- Steel nozzle holder with integrated check valve, 1/4", steel with EPDM seals
- Steel T-piece with EPDM seals, 1/4"
- 1/4" high-pressure line (nylon, black)
- Bi-turbo engines (e.g., Audi S4/RS4, Porsche).
- V engines with separate dual throttle valves.
- High-performance engines (min. 500 HP) to ensure sufficient fluid supply.
- Two-nozzle installation for combined charge air and combustion chamber cooling (one Boost Cooler nozzle directly after the intercooler outlet, another directly before the throttle valve or intake manifold).
