The Wagner performance package - the Audi TTRS 8J / RS3 8P - consists of the Wagner intercooler upgrade kit EVO1 and the downpipe kit.
The high-performance Wagner charge air cooler have the following core dimensions (535mm x 160mm x 110mm) and thus offer 40% more charge air volume compared to the original Wagner charge air cooler. The revised high-performance mesh offers very good cooling properties. The weight of the Wagner intercoolers is 6.7kg. Freeform end tanks made of cast aluminium developed in CAD for the best possible internal air flow. Overall, this Wagner intercoolers has far less back pressure than the series cooler. In addition, all our Wagner intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with good thermal dissipation properties. This guarantees optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. The assembly takes place by exchange of the OEM charge air cooler - plug & play - the original charge air hoses can still be used. Wagner-Tuning products are subject to continuous qualitative monitoring.
