BOOST Products Exhaust Valve – Vacuum Controlled

Universal premium exhaust cutout valve in various sizes, vacuum controlled, without accessories

High-Quality exhaust flap for controlling sound levels in exhaust systems and mufflers

Note: This universal exhaust valve does not have ECE / ABE / type approval certification and is therefore not permitted under German road traffic regulations (StVZO). For motorsport use only, where StVZO regulations do not apply.

Mode: See selection menu in the drop-down menu.

Our exhaust valves are solidly manufactured and operate with absolute precision. Great care has been taken to ensure stable and precisely engineered components. Not comparable to some low-cost valves offered elsewhere. The valve mechanism features a ceramic bearing instead of plastic (as used in other valves), which cannot withstand high temperatures. The housing includes a bead that defines the specified diameter. This ensures a seamless internal diameter transition when using exhaust pipes with a 1.5 mm wall thickness. Welding is also made significantly easier. The actuator rod thread is adjustable to meet individual requirements.

Note: The actuator design has been improved. The actuator housing is now slightly larger in diameter (55 mm) and longer (52 mm). Once our old stock has been sold, you will receive only the new improved version.

Connection Diameter: See selection menu in the drop-down menu
With vacuum applied: See selection menu in the drop-down menu
With atmospheric pressure / boost pressure applied: See selection menu in the drop-down menu

Note: For vehicles with diesel engines, the vacuum connection must be taken from the pump to the brake booster. However, this is not permitted under StVZO regulations, as it constitutes a safety-relevant modification.

Not approved for use under German road traffic regulations (StVZO)
