The SPA turbo manifolds usually have a wastegate flange, some of them a 3-hole S-flange. If you want to mount a TiAL F38 or Turbosmart wastegate on this 3-hole WG flange, you  require the the SPA wastegate adapter L-flange.
It is a complete kit with flange and screws, wo install a TiAL F38 on a SPA turbo-manifold with 3-hole S-flange.
