A very common problem is the original Opel B20DTH / D20DTR Insignia, Cascada, Zafira boost pressure hose. This component is very expensive at the OE parts dealer but it does not solve the problem. Together with a customer (Manuel Krämer) we have developed a repair kit that is not only cheaper than the OE spare part, but made of a more durable material. This silicone hose is made of silicone, reinforced with fabric layers, to remain extremely pressure-resistant and also resistant to pressure. It is pressure resistant up to 5bar and temperature resistant up to 220 ° C.
