Note: This product is for manual transmission vehicles. Please purchase the Mishimoto Universal Radiator Kit for vehicles with automatic transmissions. For Subaru WRX models built before 7/2002, remove the cap nut from the filler neck and replace it with 1/16"

Radiator Cap:
The included Mishimoto radiator cap should be used to replace the factory cap on the tank extension. The factory radiator cap that is connected to the radiator should be used for the Mishimoto Performance Radiator. The Mishimoto radiator cap features a two-way valve, while the factory radiator cap has a one-way valve. Because of this design difference, the Mishimoto radiator cap cannot be used with this radiator. Using the Mishimoto radiator cap with the radiator could lead to overheating.

Warning:
It is the installer's responsibility to check all thermostat connections, NPT connections, hose fittings, and other connections to ensure they are fully tightened before the vehicle is used. Mishimoto recommends that all connections be checked at regular intervals, especially after the first few miles post-installation. Please contact us with any further technical questions.
