Plug-In ECUs are a complete replacement for standard engine control units that do not require new wiring. They come with a vehicle-specific base configuration. All Link Plug-In ECUs use the same powerful microcontroller and firmware as the XtremeX. The G4X PlugIn ECUs offer the latest technology in engine management and are designed to unlock the full potential of your vehicle. This ECU fits the factory OEM mounting location. Installation is a breeze as no changes to the original wiring harness are required for the models listed below.

This ECU is designed for the R50-R53 Tritec 1.6 SC engine.

  • Please check before purchasing if your connector matches the depicted connection
  • This ECU only works with manual transmissions
  • An XS wiring harness and 4 MAP sensor are optionally available and recommended
  • Most factory functions are supported
  • Check the "Features" tab for I/O expansion options
