Plug-In ECUs are a complete replacement for standard engine control units that do not require new wiring. They come with a vehicle-specific base configuration. All Link Plug-In ECUs use the same powerful microcontroller and firmware as the XtremeX. The G4X PlugIn ECUs offer the latest technology in engine management and are designed to unlock the full potential of your vehicle. This ECU fits the factory OEM mounting location. Installation is a breeze as no changes to the original wiring harness are required for the models listed below.

ECU for 3SGTE

• Please check before purchasing if your pinout connector matches the header shown in the product photo.
• This control unit is only suitable for vehicles with manual transmission.
• The control unit does not fit in the original housing of vehicles without a turbocharger.
• Most factory functions are supported.
• For more information on I/O extensions, see the "Features" tab.
• This control unit must be modified before using E-Gas (Drive-by-Wire).

Suitable for:

• Toyota MR2 (SW20) from 1989 to 1992
• Toyota Celica ST185 (except the GT-Four RC/Carlos Sainz Special Edition which is compatible with the Link TST205X Plugin)

The following input/output connections of the expansion connector are available:

• +5V Out - Low current +5V supply
• DI 5 - Digital input for switching functions
• DI 6 - Digital input for switching functions
• DI 4 - Digital input for switching functions
• An Volt 4 - Analog 0-5V input
• An Volt 5 - Analog 0-5V input
• An Volt 6 - Analog 0-5V input

An ignition extension allows conversion to a direct spark ignition system. Alternatively, these outputs can also be used to control additional devices. The following pinout describes the available connections. (This is not included and must be purchased separately.)
