The AlphaLoc quick connect release clamps are unlike anything currently available on the market, f.e. like VANJEN clamps. They provide more flexibility and are easier to open. Once you hold this system in your hand, you immediately notice the high quality and the difference to other versions. The clamps are closed by a lock, which in turn is held in position by a spring. This prevents accidental opening. The clamp is also locked the stronger, the higher the boost pressure. As a result, the clamps have been successfully tested even with more than 11bar. The enclosed rings are mashined for the corresponding aluminum tubes in order to easily weld them. The assembly and disassembly of the clamp itself is possible without tools.
