Universal Gasoline Filter external, stainless steel 10 micron, 160mm
With neodymium magnet for filtration of metal particles
Dash 8 connectors, 160mm long, 10 micron
DeatschWerks has taken an innovative approach to the development of external high-flow fuel filters and has taken into account the fact that modern fuels are corrosive. The increasing popularity of ethanol-based fuels such as E10 and E85 has led to a change in the maintenance requirements for gasoline systems. The new DeatschWerks fuel filters are characterised by the fact that they have a two-stage magnetic-mechanical filter element - the first version of its kind in the industry. The filter element with an extra protective layer ensures that contaminations causing corrosion are trapped. This is done by a neodymium magnet - preceded by mechanical filtration.
By using a large folded surface and stainless steel filter material, the new DeatschWerks gasoline filter works just as well with fuels that are not ethanol-based. The stainless steel filters are compatible with a wide range of fuels including racingfuel, MTBE, ethanol, methanol and diesel. A longer service life, maximum fuel compatibility and a high temperature tolerance give DeatschWerks stainless steel filter elements a clear advantage over the filter elements of competitors made of glass and paper.
