TurboCenter OEM turbocharger upgrade in different stage performance levels (available depending on turbocharger version):
TurboZentrum offers a wide range of optimizations and upgrades for OEM original turbochargers. Starting from Stage 1 with CNC mashined compressor wheel, up to Stage 3 with larger turbine wheel and custom turbo intakes. To withstand the power increase, all TurboZentrum Stage turbochargers have reinforced bearings and are high precise balanced after completion, which exceeds the specifications of the turbocharger manufacturers. This reduces wear and tear during operation and results in longer durability.

The Stage 1 optimization includes:

Your used turbocharger as an upgrade

You are also welcome to send your used turbocharger to us for an overhaul and stage optimization. If the turbocharger has major defects, further costs may be added. Please contact our colleagues in TurboService for this! Ordering optimization for used turbochargers is not possible via the webshop!

Attention:
We treat every sent in turbocharger as used turbocharger. Even if you send us a new turbocharger, it will be disassembled and inspected by us, resulting in the same effort as a used turbocharger. You order a performance product from us, which meets the highest standards and is delivered by us with a 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, there are too many black sheep in the turbocharger industry, so we can not be sure whether a sent in new turbocharger is really new and / or original. Thank you for your understanding.

Required conversions

When converting to Stage turbochargers, customization of the software is recommended, and even required for Stage 2 and above. To achieve the maximum power, which the turbocharger provides, we recommend depending on the vehicle and engine a larger Y-pipe, possibly also entire exhaust system, a larger intercooler and a modified intake. Recommended for most engines is also to strengthen the engine.
