Fan Shroud Kit Mishimoto for Subaru Impreza GC8 / 93-98
The Mishimoto Subaru Impreza GC8 Fan Shroud Kit will noticeably improve engine cooling performance, thereby enhancing the overall performance of your vehicle. All Mishimoto fan shrouds are significantly lighter than the stock fan shroud. When it comes to preserving the life of your engine, it is perfect for keeping the engine cool, especially on unbearably hot days. A Mishimoto fan will effectively pull heat out of the engine bay and direct a significant amount of cold air to your GC8 aluminum radiator. The fan shroud serves a very important purpose: securing the fan blades, which could otherwise damage important components in your engine.
All Mishimoto aluminum fan shrouds come with an adhesive protection strip. This foam strip with a self-adhesive back seals any existing gaps between the fan shroud and the radiator, ensuring that the fans only move air that has passed through the radiator core — instead of pulling air from the engine bay — which leads to improved cooling performance.
