The competition intercooler for Nissan GT-R has the following core size 2x (360mm x 294mm x 110mm)= 23.300cm³, providing a 76% larger frontalarea and 94% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The weight of the intercooler is 2x 9.1kg. Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores combined with cast aluminum optimized by CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible Internal Airflow. This unique intercooler kit includes, developed in the CAD freeform-end tanks made of cast aluminum for optimal internal airflow and a compressive strength of up to 6 bar (tested). A suitable carbon air shroud to ensure optimum airflow to the intercooler. As well as additional silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section. This intercooler kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. Anti Corrosion protective Coating with perfect thermal heat dissapating character. Optimal cooling with clearly more power. Kit is ready for installation and fitment is easy, replacing the OEM intercooler. All of our products undergo rigorous quality control.
