The Competition Intercooler for Nissan GT-R has the following core size 2x (360mm x 294mm x 110mm)= 23.300cm³, providing a 76% larger frontal area and 94% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the endtank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This Nissan GT-R Intercooler Kit uses our award winning WAGNERTUNING competition intercooler core which is made specifically for this application. It is one of the highest quality Tube Fin cores available on the market. Featuring a new internal structure, a weight of just 2x 9,1kg and combined with freeform cast aluminum end tanks optimized in CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible internal airflow. The Intercooler Kit also includes a suitable carbon air shroud to ensure optimum airflow to the intercooler. As well as additional silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section.
