The versatility of the icengineworks system starts here in step 1. From short to long pipe bends for show, same length or tuned racing systems - construction and production are considerably simplified by modeling with the icengineworks blocks. Our solid plastic blocks allow users to create pipe connections, test them to scale - in real time and with immediate feedback. Each block measures 1 inch (25.40mm) length or arc length at the imaginary centerline.

Changes and correns are easy to implement in the design until it becomes the ultimate, most efficient and easiest to build version with minimal effort and no waste. The markings and indicators embossed around the plastic blocks provide the necessary data to control the design and plan and budget the manufacture of the metal exhaust manifolds. icengineworks allows you to tag a project from the outset. Key information on the exact length of the pipes, the total number of bends and the number of cuts and welds required for production can all be calculated in step 1. When the construction is finalized, this information can be recorded and stored in the enclosed control sheets, after which the actual production in metal can begin.

How do we make this possible? Customers use centimetre-long cylindrical plastic blocks with specific dimensions and various shapes. You can click our blocks together and create the desired pipe construction. Centimeter by centimeter, our customers can create the most efficient way to connect two given points with fixed lengths.
The data, which can be read directly from the plastic models, serve as a blueprint to create the metal version. Customers use commercially available J-arms and U-arms, which are cut according to the cutting instructions and the cost plan for this project. The metal sections are then joined together, the accuracy of fit is checked and they are finally welded. The waste is minimized and often even completely eliminated. The costs are known at all times. Projects that used to take days or weeks are now finished in hours. There are no limits to your creativity and ingenuity, you have endless possibilities to create.
