Note: After each installation of a high pressure fuel pump, do NOT start the engine immediately! Open the driver's door and leave it open (or ignition on) until the in-tank pump (in the fuel tank) has delivered enough fuel to the high-pressure pump. You will hear an acoustic sound change when enough fuel has arrived. Only then, the engine can be started. Otherwise, the high-pressure fuel pump immediately broken!
The kit enbales you to refit your existing high pressure pump by yourself. Performance outputs up to 500hp can be realized. No new and expensive pump has to be purchased. The kit is manufactured by Autotech USA, which emphasize quality instead of low budget production. We have included this kit in our product line up after extensive testing and comparison to other competing products. The piston is manufactured with the lowest tolerances and DLC Plasma-coated for wear-free operation.
Fits nearly to all VW / AUDI 2.0 TSI models of Golf 7 platform and TFSI engines of 3rd generation. As well at some 1.8 TFSI enginges.
