ARP high strength flywheel bolt kit
High quality ARP flywheel bolt kit for Audi/Seat/Skoda/VW 16V / 1.8T / 2.0 TFSI
Recommended for performance upgraded engines
Note: The ARP flywheel bolts fit only in conjunction with single mass flywheels, not suitable for dual mass flywheels!
ARP Pro Series flywheel bolts are made from a heat treated, high strength moly forged steel. The reinforced bolts are highly recommended for performance engines, as OEM bolts may loosen with increased power and/or RPM. ARP bolts can also be reused after they have already been installed.
Installation instructions:
- Clean the screw head contact surfaces on the flywheel, these must be free of oil and grease!
- Lubricate the thread with "medium strength" threadlocker.
- Carefully lubricate the lower part of the screw head with the supplied assembly paste, making sure that nothing gets on the thread!
- Tighten crosswise in 2 steps: First hand-tight, then 95Nm
- Thread: M10x1mm
- Thread length: 18,5mm
- Socket head height: 5,3mm
- Shaft length: 21mm
- Shaft diameter: 10,0mm
- Tensile strength of approx. 1310 N/mm²
- Suitable for: Audi/Seat/Skoda/VW 16V / 1.8T / 2.0 TFSI
